Returns and Exchange Policy

Arep Store follows the return and exchange policy in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, which are as follows:

• Failure to provide the buyer with a warranty document if advertised.
• Mismatch of commercial data with the actual product.
• If the product contains a counterfeit trademark that misleads the buyer.
• If there is tampering with the quantity, size, or weight of the products.

Please note that Arep Store sets a period of 5 days for exchanges and 3 days for returns. The consumer is not entitled to benefit from the return and exchange policy after the period expires.

The customer bears the cost of returning the products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties. If the order is canceled after shipping, the customer will bear the shipping costs and return fees.
