MQ Ultrapure RNA Extraction Kit from Cells and Tissue (with DNase I and RNase Inhibitor) MOLEQULE-ON

The MQ Ultrapure RNA Extraction Kit is an advanced kit which include DNase I and RNase Inhibitor to obtain high quality and integrated RNA from different cells and tissue samples. It is designed to extract total RNA from animal tissues, plant materials, various microorganisms, and cultured cells. The lysis solution effectively breaks down and homogenizes the sample, allowing RNA to specifically bind to the silica matrix membrane in a high salt environment. This process reduces protein and organic solvent contamination, resulting in RNA of higher purity and quality. The kit can efficiently extract total RNA from cells or tissues, with each extraction capable of handling 30-50 mg of tissue or 5×106 cells. For RNA experiments sensitive to trace DNA, residual DNA can be removed using RNase-Free DNase on the column. The extracted RNA is suitable for use in RT-PCR, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, in vitro translation, and other experiments.
